Released by Sazmick Books this week is a personal project commissioned by Willie Mercer as a gift for his Uncle Alex in Australia. The book 'King Coal - Musings Of A Working Man On Work, Family And Nature' is a compilation of deep and meaningful poetry written by James Venters, a family member, many years ago.

The poems were originally written in Old Scots and were provided to us as 140+ pages of A4 scribe, pictured above, which we typed and transformed into a quality, shelf ready standard paperback and hardback book. The book is not for general resale as it is a personal gift project but anyone interested in reading, please get in touch.
